Laughline Defends Global Status

Last Saturday at the Global Cinemas, Weija, those who chose Laughline over the UEFA Champions League finals definitely had value for their money.

The humor packed event saw various performances by both mainstream and upcoming acts in the comedy and music industry. Patrons seemed not to be satisfied with the laugh package they had as they requested for more but for time.

“I am wowed by the attendance and patronage of today’s event.”, Daniel Attoh, CEO of Kasa Entertainment, organisers of Laughline, said. “With the move of venue from the Accra Mall to Global Cinemas, it is amazing how the auditorium got full with others standing. We look forward to getting a bigger space next month to accommodate our patrons”, he told Comedy Empire after the event.

The night saw in attendance, Kalybos of Boys Kasa Fame, Clemento Suarez of Master and 3 Maids, Kester of Y-FM, and actress, Elaine Attoh. The event was sponsored by Kit Kat.
